2. Test Bond
Apply a tiny amount of bond to ensure you have no allergic reaction. Allow 24 hours to confirm it’s safe for you.
3. Apply Bond
Brush a thin layer of lash bond under your natural lashes, from root to mid-length.
4. Add Clusters
Using applicator or tweezers, place Velvet Clusters under your natural lashes, starting from the outer corner and working in.
5. Seal & Set
Gently brush a small amount of seal over the base to lock everything in and reduce stickiness.
